VCrop for iOS is a simple utility that allows you to crop your videos and change their playback rates! Ever since Apple launched iOS 11, it has been possible to record your phones screen as save it as a video – but there is no built-in capability to crop your video! Problem solved with VCrop! It will also allow you edit any videos you have recorded yourself.
Just follow these steps:
- Select the video you would like to edit from your photo library
- To crop your video, drag the rectangle displayed over your video to the desired size (hint: you can fix the aspect ratio to constrain the size to match the original size, to be square, to be 16:9 or 9:16 with the buttons below the video).
- Adjust the playback rate of your video by adjusting the speed indicator (1.0 is the original speed – increase the number for faster playback, reduce the number for slow motion)
- Select “Done Editing”
- Review your video and select “Save to Library”!
Note: This application is free to use, but it save a watermark over your resulting video indicating the video was created using VCrop. To not save the watermark, select Purchase (only $1.99!).
